Add your logo and customised text to web pages
As a workplace signed up to Let's Carpool, you can customise the registration page and menu page your staff see with your own text and logo. This is a great way to add contact details of someone staff can talk to and talk about what you may offer carpoolers at your workplace. See the example below and contact us if you'd like to do this.
Run a competition for your staff
You can also run a competition which only your staff are eligible for. Contact us to find out more.
Priority parking
Priority car parks for carpoolers are one of the best ways for an employer to encourage staff to carpool. Reserving car parks in the most convenient location or reducing any parking charges demonstrates an employer’s commitment to staff who choose to carpool.
Carpool parks can be administered in a couple of ways:
- For employers with a small number of parks, simply allocate one car park to a group of carpoolers. This group always parks in the same spot.
- For employers with a large number of carparks, or when staff carpool with different people each day or most staff carpool only on one or two days per week; permits are issued to the car-poolers themselves. Each carpooler has one permit. Two or more permits must be displayed on the dashboard to be eligible for the carpool park.
Please contact us for priority parking permits and signage.
Emergency ride start up package
This starter kit will help you to establish a successful Emergency ride home (ERH) programme for your workplace.
Many workplaces would like to offer their carpooling employees a taxi ride home or to a school, or a hospital in the event of an emergency, but are unsure how much this would cost. International research shows, offering an emergency ride home can significantly increase the success of workplace carpooling schemes and is typically very affordable.
Let’s Carpool is supporting workplaces who would like to offer their employees an Emergency Ride Home, by covering costs for a six month trial. At the end of the six month trial your workplace will have a clear idea of the costs of offering this to your staff longer term. This financial support is based on the ERH Partnership Agreement that GW and the employer need to sign before starting the trial.
To get started download the emergency ride start up package at the bottom of this page.
